- Holdings stored in secure, insured vaults
- View holdings and transaction history
- Request physical delivery (subject to terms)

Payment Methods
CashFree (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) and Binance (Cryptocurrency)
GST & Taxes
All prices include applicable GST as per government regulations
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
Once a purchase is completed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. All transactions are final and binding.
Refunds are only processed for:
- Payment processing errors
- Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges
- Failed order fulfillment
User Conduct & Responsibilities
As a user, you agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts
- Manipulate prices or interfere with platform functionality
- Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
Limitation of Liability
KGF shall not be liable for:
- Market fluctuations and price changes
- Delays or interruptions in service
- Loss of data or account access
- Third-party payment gateway failures
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction.
